Terms & Conditions of Sales
When you make a reservation request, we contact you first to confirm the availability of the rental for the requested period. If you confirm your request, we send you a booking confirmation document. However, this reservation will only be effective after receipt of the 25% deposit requested on the reservation document.
The reservation becomes effective when the customer has sent it to Aux Tournesols sarl. a deposit of 25% of the total amount of the price of the stay.
This payment must be made within seven days of the issuance of the reservation contract, If the deposit is not received within this period, Aux Tournesols sarl. will send a reminder email. If the deposit is not received within 5 days of the reminder email, the contract will be terminated and Aux Tournesols sarl. will immediately be entitled to re-let the holiday home for the requested period.
Payments should be made to the following account:

Cancellation before arrival at the premises:
If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must contact Aux Tournesols sarl. by phone as soon as the reason for the cancellation arises. You must also immediately confirm your cancellation in writing, by e-mail. The day we receive your cancellation notification by phone or e-mail your reservation is immediately cancelled.
- In bed and breakfast:
The reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 3 days before the scheduled date of entry into the premises. After this date the deposit remains with the owner.
The owner may request the balance of the amount of the stay, if the cancellation occurs less than 1 day before the scheduled date of entry into the premises.
If the customer does not appear within 24 hours of the arrival date indicated on the contract, this contract becomes void and the owner can dispose of his accommodation.
The deposit also remains with the owner who will ask for the balance of the stay. - In gite:
The reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before the scheduled date of entry into the premises. After this date the deposit remains with the owner.
The owner may request the balance of the amount of the stay, if the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the scheduled date of entry into the premises.
If the customer does not appear within 24 hours of the arrival date indicated on the contract, this contract becomes void and the owner can dispose of his accommodation.
The deposit also remains with the owner who will ask for the balance of the stay.
The balance of the price of the stay is to be paid at the entrance to the premises by: checks, cash, transfer, Chèques Vacances, we do not have a reader for bank cards
Any stay started is a stay fully due. If the stay is shortened, the price of the stay remains with the owner. No refund will be made.
Rental guarantee:
- In the event of interior and/or exterior damage caused to the accommodation in which you are staying and if the amount of the cost of repairing the damage has already been established, you must reimburse the owner for all of these costs before the end of your stay. If the amount of the cost of the damage has not yet been established, you must reimburse them within 10 working days of their determination.
- You agree to keep the accommodation clean and tidy, to leave it in a condition similar to that of your arrival and to report any damage or breakages. Everything must be put back in its place.
Insurance:
- The customer is liable for all damages caused by him. The renter must have insurance such as family insurance to cover rental risks.
- Children and/or adults who cannot swim are only allowed to use the swimming pool accompanied by adults with a swimming certificate. In the event of an accident the owner cannot be held responsible. The swimming pool safety system must be respected by the tenant who is responsible for any negligence and or damage resulting therefrom. The tenant is responsible for accidents occurring in/around the house and the swimming pool and he will provide supervision.
- We are not responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, expense, cost or other claim of any kind.
Additional conditions:
- The client must ensure the peaceful character of the gîte/chambre d'hôtes and make use of it in accordance with the destination of the premises.
- Pets are accepted with a supplement of 5 Euros/day.
- Smoking is prohibited in the house. Outside, you can smoke but it is forbidden to throw cigarette butts on the ground and they must be immediately put in the trash.
- If you have an electric car, please inform us in advance, the cost of charging the vehicle may be charged, unless the owner considers it included.
- The maximum number of authorized persons cannot be exceeded, unless otherwise stated in the rental agreement.
- Craftsmen, gardeners, cleaning staff or those responsible for the maintenance of the house, garden and swimming pool must always be authorized by the tenant to enter the property.
- At the start of the rental the owner or a designated person will tour the property with the tenant, if your arrival is delayed please contact us so that alternative arrangements can be made. On departure, the keys will be handed over to the owner. Renters are requested to contact the owner or his representative during the outward journey to confirm the expected arrival time.
